OgaFood NG, an online food delivery company that enables people to order food at the comfort of their home and have it delivered to their doorsteps, has partnered with Spectrum Modelling Agency to sponsor the Most Beautiful Girl in Ijebu Land Awards which is scheduled to hold at the ASEC Hall, Opposite Kapital Hotel, Off Imowo Road, Ijebu Ode on Saturday, 19th of December, 2020.
The pageant sources, rewards and trains outstanding ladies that are indigenes of Ijebu Land who are of sound mind and are highly intellectual, out of which a single winner will be crowned.
Now in its second year, the Most Beautiful Girl in Ijebu Land beauty pageant would further expose young ladies to the nitty-gritty of modelling specializing in key areas like etiquette, professionalism, poise, interview skills, skin care, nutrition and diet and makeup application. The pageant would also serves as a platform for recruiting models thereby acting as a nexus between models and top brands sourcing for models.
“As a brand that is committed to the development and promotion of African cultures, we felt it is necessary for us to support the society, the women’s world and the people of Ijebu Land”, said Amuludun Toyosola, Founder and Head of Operations of OgaFood NG.
He continued further by stating that, “OgaFood commenced its major operations in Ijebu Land in 2020, hence, it is necessary if the company could give back to the society as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility. Similarly, there is an urgent need to support and promote the beauty of African cultures.”
The winner of the in-house’s OgaFood referral contest among the participants would be unveiled at the grand finale scheduled to hold at ASEC Hall, Ijebu Ode on Saturday. The winner would become the company’s brand ambassador and would receive a food voucher worth one hundred thousand naira. The voucher’s validity would extend for a period of a year spanning from January 2021 till December 2021.
